Playful Mommy and Me photo session

First of all, I wanted to tell a little story about how I met this amazing mama Melissa Madden! I’ve heard of her in my photography community but never met her until we ended up taking the same photography workshop. We both came to learn about family photography that day. And this is where our friendship began.
Besides photography, we had so many other reasons to meet, chat, laugh, share all the fun about being a parent and our friendship was just growing and is still growing.

So one beautiful day, a few photographers from San Diego decided to get together for some fun family photography. Our focus was to capture some mommy and me moments because we, photographers, are always behind the camera and rarely have pictures with our own kids.
I was lucky to pair up with my dear friend Melissa from Melissa Madden Photography that day. She is not only an amazing photographer but also a mommy of two cutest kids ever. That day only the youngest Mia was at the session and I was really happy to capture a special bond between mother and daughter.

The always perfect weather of San Diego didn’t disappoint that day as well. We got the gorgeous sunset, tons of tickles and giggles, hugs and kisses, and my heart was in a happy place because all these emotions are what I’m always hunting for in family photography.

I can do this kind of session all day every day!
