Please meet adorable twins Huck and Hadley.

I did this session already a while ago, but I am ready to share it only now. But let me mention really quick- newborn twins are my favorite!

Parents responded to my model call, when I was looking for newborn multiples for my portfolio. We met at Starbucks for a pre consultation to go over some details of the shoot and it was such a lovely couple. I was just amazed how open they were about their story with twins. Huck and Hadley were born extremely premature and were in NICU for several weeks, where the best doctors in San Diego helped them to grow and get stronger. By the time I met them they were almost three month old, but it wasn’t even their due date and they were still very sleepy and amazingly easy to work with.

Them cuddling in the box was my favorite set up from the session. They let me create the connection that just melts everyone’s heats. And this images went viral once I posted in on Facebook. It got 191 shares and hundreds full of love comments.

Huck just loved being wrapped, as well as his sister Hadley.  Just look at that wide and happy smile! Honestly I’m a little jealous when I see this image.  As a parent I would love to have an image of the cutest newborn smile of my kids, but I could never catch that in camera. San Diego Newborn Photographer San Diego Newborn Photographer San Diego Newborn Photographer

But of course, more then being wrapped they just loved to be next to each other. It’s so amazing how instant they were falling asleep once they felt each other.

P.S. A huge thank you to a great friend, photographer and vendor of newborn props  from Di Bella Props for assisting me during this session. It was pretty scary to deal with twins for the first time for me.  Lenara was such a great help that day. I just can’t thank her enough.
